Warehouse robotics provider Hai Robotics has strengthened its Americas leadership team with six senior appointments. Announced on 23 September 2026, the new leaders will support customers across the full journey – from solution development and commercial strategy to supply chain execution and U.S.-based manufacturing.

The appointments

  • Ottavio Saluzzi – VP of Software
  • Darin Carlisle – Supply Chain Director
  • Martin Estes – Director of Partnerships
  • Britain Redline – Strategic Accounts Program Director
  • Jason Yang – Manufacturing Manager
  • Jeffrey Hyatt – Sr Manager, Project Engineering

Building capacity in Alpharetta

The appointments accompany a broader expansion in Alpharetta, Georgia, where Hai Robotics is investing in office, manufacturing, supply chain and operational capabilities to better serve customers and integration partners in the region.

According to the company, the strengthened organisation focuses on solution development and software integration, commercial strategy and account support, supply chain execution, U.S.-based manufacturing and responsive regional service delivery.

Built for future demand

“As we grow in the Americas, we have to build the organization around what our customers actually need from us,” said Adrian Stoch, CEO Americas. “We need to have the capacity and capabilities in place to grow with our customers and their ever-increasing needs.” He added: “We’re not building this organization around where the business is today. We’re building for what our customers are going to need from us in the years ahead.”
